Core Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the care home.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and UK care regulations.
- Manage staff rotas, recruitment and training.
- Monitor care quality and resident wellbeing.
- Handle safeguarding, incidents, and complaints.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals and inspectors.
- Maintain accurate records and care documentation.
- Implement policies, audits and continuous improvement.
- Lead and motivate the care team.
