Core Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, feeding).
- Support residents with mobility and transfers safely.
- Monitor and record vital signs and daily observations.
- Assist with meals, hydration and nutrition.
- Promote dignity, privacy, and independence.
- Follow care plans and report any changes in health.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Support nurses and senior staff with clinical tasks.
- Adhere to safeguarding, infection control and health & safety procedures.
