Core Responsibilities
- Administer medication and clinical treatments.
- Assess residents’ physical and mental health.
- Develop and update care plans.
- Monitor vital signs and escalate concerns.
- Manage wounds, catheters, PEG feeds and injections.
- Supervise healthcare assistants and support staff.
- Liaise with GPs, hospitals and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with NMC standards and safeguarding.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
